Directions to use:
Take 1 Teaspoon (5gms) of beetroot powder mix it with water and drink it every day for improved energy & Blood Circulation
For Skin take 1 tbsp. of powder and 1 tbsp. of honey with rose water.
Blend all the ingredients to shape a smooth paste.
Apply this pack to the face and neck then leave it to dry for 15 minutes.
Wash your face with lukewarm water. For Hair add some powder and yoghurt to a bowl.
Blend this powder well and include a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Apply this to your hair, from the scalp and roots directly down the tips.
Leave on for 30 minutes, and afterwards wash off with room temperature water.
